Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce technologies and the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
  • Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and web services.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
  • Experience with deployment tools, Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification.
  • Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication, independent problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
