Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Amazon Product Listing Specialist to join our e-commerce team. This role is strictly focused on data entry and listing creation. You will be responsible for taking finalized product data, images, and descriptions provided by our copywriting team and accurately inputting them into Amazon Seller Central.

Note: This position does not require keyword research, SEO optimization, copywriting, or PPC management. Your primary focus is speed, precision, and adherence to Amazon’s listing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage new product listings (single items and variations) via Amazon Seller Central.
  • Accurately input product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, and backend search terms from provided data sheets.
  • Upload and organize product images according to Amazon’s formatting standards.
  • Map product variations (size, color, pack size) using inventory flat files/feeds or the Seller Central interface.
  • Audit published listings to ensure all entered data displayed correctly and without formatting glitches.
  • Troubleshoot basic listing errors (e.g., suppressed listings, missing fields) during the data entry process.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience using Amazon Seller Central, specifically with product listing creation.
  • Familiarity with Amazon flat files / inventory templates is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s listing policies and formatting guidelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—ability to spot typos, formatting errors, and mismatched data easily.
  • Reliable internet connection and capability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
