Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional AWS Golden Jacket Professional with 8+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture, Enterprise Cloud Transformation, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Operations.

The ideal candidate must possess current AWS Golden Jacket recognition, supported by active AWS certifications across multiple technical domains. The candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise cloud strategy, designing secure and scalable multi-account AWS environments, strengthening cloud governance, and optimizing infrastructure performance, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized AWS cloud architectures for enterprise environments.
• Lead cloud transformation, migration, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Architect and manage multi-account AWS environments using AWS Organizations and AWS Control Tower.
• Establish cloud governance, identity and access management, security controls, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience across AWS environments.
• Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to improve security, reliability, performance, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
• Drive FinOps practices, cloud cost management, resource optimization, and infrastructure efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define cloud architecture standards and technical roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, mentoring, and guidance on enterprise cloud best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• AWS Architecture: Enterprise architecture, multi-account strategy, AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• AWS Governance: AWS Organizations, AWS Control Tower, AWS Config.
• Security and Identity: AWS IAM, AWS Security Hub, CloudTrail, security and compliance controls.
• Networking: Amazon VPC, Transit Gateway, cloud networking.
• Compute and Containers: Amazon EC2, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, AWS Lambda.
• Storage and Databases: Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Amazon Aurora.
• Monitoring and Operations: Amazon CloudWatch, logging, monitoring, reliability engineering.
• Infrastructure Automation: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• DevOps and CI/CD: Git, CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization.
• Cloud Transformation: Cloud migration, modernization, disaster recovery, FinOps, and cost optimization.

Mandatory Certification Requirement

Candidates must have current AWS Golden Jacket recognition and active AWS certifications covering relevant domains, including:

• AWS Data
• AWS Machine Learning

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the validity of their AWS certifications and Golden Jacket recognition during the screening process.

Experience and Competencies

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on AWS expertise.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale AWS environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Experience with large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, technical leadership, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to drive architecture decisions and deliver business-aligned cloud solutions.
