Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, efficient support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You’ll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
• Process orders, returns, or account updates as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Meet performance goals for response time and satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
