Job Summary

We are hiring a Supply Chain Assistant to support procurement, inventory, and logistics coordination. You’ll help ensure materials and products flow efficiently through the supply chain, assisting senior staff with data tracking and vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and purchase order processing
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Assist with vendor communication and order follow-up
• Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation
• Support demand planning and forecasting activities
• Help identify and resolve supply chain delays or issues
• Assist with supply chain reporting and analysis

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system familiarity a plus
• Good communication skills for vendor coordination
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
