E-commerce Trading & Marketplace Manager

**Leading Women’s Fashion Brand London** **Full Time Office Based Early Finish Friday**

A leading trend-led women’s fashion brand is seeking a commercially driven E-commerce Trading & Marketplace Manager to grow sales and profitability across our fashion websites and third-party marketplaces.

Working closely with the Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth, buying, merchandising and operations, you’ll lead marketplace relationships, trading performance, stock optimisation and day-to-day team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management: Manage partner relationships, trading meetings, product launches, listings, pricing and promotional calendars.
• Commercial Trading: Analyse sales, margins, stock, sell-through and returns; optimise pricing, replenishment and markdowns.
• Website Trading: Oversee daily merchandising and trading across two fashion e-commerce websites, ensuring accurate product launches, availability and promotions.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate the e-commerce trading and administration team, collaborating with buying, creative and distribution.
• Reporting & Operations: Deliver weekly trading reports, identify growth opportunities and improve operational processes and marketplace integrations.

Essential Experience

• Fashion e-commerce trading, marketplace management or online merchandising experience.
• Strong marketplace relationship management and commercial trading skills.
• Excellent understanding of stock, margins, sell-through and seasonal trading.
• Strong Excel, analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience coordinating teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Desirable

• Shopify, Mirakl and iLevel experience.
• Marketplace partnerships with retailers NEXT, ASOS, Debenhams, Matalan or Freemans.
• Experience launching new accounts or improving marketplace performance.
