Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using Generative AI models to enhance customer engagement and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems and applications.
  • Develop data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze user feedback from various sources to improve chatbot performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to chatbot functionality, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-12 years of experience in developing conversational interfaces or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI models for natural language processing (NLP).
  • Experience with integrating NLP technologies into software products or services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
