To support this journey, we are building an AI-first capability that will help transform how finance operations services are delivered, managed and scaled.

 About the Role
 We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI & Automation Engineer to lead the design and delivery of Artificial Intelligence, automation and workflow solutions that reduce manual effort across GI Outsourcing’s end-to end finance operations and power our next-generation platform. At the heart of our transformation strategy, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You will shape the automation roadmap, choose effective technical approaches, build production-ready solutions and mentor junior talent. Your work will improve productivity, quality, insight, auditability and scalability while maintaining strong financial and compliance controls. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology and turning ideas into production-ready solutions.
