Experiential / Spatial Designer – Midweight & Senior

**Fully Remote UK £40,000–£53,000 depending on experience**

We’re working with an international marketing and retail solutions company looking for Midweight and Senior Designers who can bring different brands to life through immersive physical spaces.

• Work on projects across retail, fashion, sport and entertainment.
• Create environments that tell a brand’s story and give customers a memorable experience.
• The company name can be shared straight away on a confidential call.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing creative concepts for retail spaces, branded environments, 3D displays and visual merchandising.
• Adapting your design approach to suit each brand’s identity, audience and brief.
• Turning creative ideas and global brand guidelines into practical design solutions.
• Owning projects from concept through design development.
• Working with specialist teams who support detailed technical design and rendering.
• Helping shape the business’s growing experiential and spatial design offering.

What we’d love to see

• A strong portfolio of immersive, brand-led spatial experiences.
• Versatility across different brands and sectors.
• Clear examples of creativity, storytelling and experiential design.
• Thoughtful designs that connect the space, the brand and the customer experience.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to turn concepts into deliverable designs.
• Ideally, experience in a busy marketing, retail or experiential agency.

Your background and skills

• You could be an Experiential, Spatial, Retail, 3D or VM Designer.
• SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential.
• Experience working with global brands and their guidelines would be an advantage.
• 3ds Max, AutoCAD or Blender skills would be a bonus.
