Graphic Designer (Social Media)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye who will own the visual look of our brands’ social content and ad creatives, and who is curious about using AI to design faster and better. As a startup, our roles keep evolving, so you will wear many hats.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Instagram, LinkedIn and ad creatives for brands: posts, carousels, stories, infographics, thumbnails and reel covers
• Turn briefs and ideas from the creative strategist and creative operations team into clear, on-brand visuals, and apply feedback quickly
• Adapt each design into the formats and sizes every platform needs
• Build brand visual systems and keep each brand’s guidelines, typography and look consistent
• Use AI tools for ideation, image generation and editing to lift quality and cut turnaround time
• Support strategy and pitch decks, and basic motion or video needs, when required
• Keep up with new AI tools, design trends and what is working on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Handle several client projects at once, keep files organised and deliver on deadline

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years in graphic design (agency), backed by a strong portfolio
• Good understanding of social media design and digital content, with a solid grasp of composition, typography, colour and hierarchy
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva, and basic Figma
• Comfortable with AI design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly, and keen to keep up with new ones
• Strong attention to detail and consistency, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver within timelines
• Creative, collaborative and practical, and comfortable taking feedback through multiple iterations
• Adaptable and happy to take ownership across functions in a small team

BONUS POINTS

• Basic motion and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects)
• Experience designing static ad creatives for D2C or performance campaigns
• Knowledge of InDesign
