• Experienced, you’ve led a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment before (bar, hotel, or nightlife).
• A master of multitasking: handling service, staff, and guest needs all at once.
• Someone who owns problems, finds solutions, and makes sure things get done with style.
• A lover of loud vibes, and hospitality that bites back.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the floor during service and making sure the House runs like a dream.
• Supporting and mentoring team members.
• Handling guest issues with charm and confidence.
• Overseeing safety, standards, and smooth shifts across the board.
