We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer based in Brazil to join a US-based team working on a large-scale enterprise migration to Salesforce.

Your primary focus will be Service Cloud Voice integrated with Amazon Connect , supporting call center operations. You’ll own day-to-day Salesforce development and contribute to initiatives across Sales, Revenue and Experience Cloud.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement and maintain Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel and skills-based routing capabilities integrated with Amazon Connect.
• Build integrations, automations and data models that support business workflows.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and routing issues.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and business stakeholders to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and technical documentation.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex deliveries.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud Voice and skills-based routing using Amazon Connect. Both are required.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
• Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and Salesforce API skills.
• Experience with integrations, data modeling, security and access controls.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience configuring Amazon Connect on AWS. AWS-side configuration is a plus, not a requirement.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Enterprise migration experience and relevant Salesforce certifications.

English is essential: interviews and day-to-day work will be conducted in English, including technical discussions with the US-based team.

Engagement details:

• Remote work for a professional based in Brazil.
• Initial contract of 3-6 months .
• PJ services contract, with a CNPJ and monthly Nota Fiscal.
• If you don’t have a CNPJ yet, there will be time to set one up before starting.
• Working-hour overlap with the US-based team.
