Hiring For AI Solutions Engineer (Chatbot & AI Automation)

Join us as an AI Solutions Engineer, where you will drive the design, development, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions across the organisation. You will architect, build, and deploy intelligent AI applications, enterprise chatbots, AI agents, and Claude-powered workflows, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with business systems, enterprise data, APIs, and automation platforms to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

• Design and develop enterprise AI applications, intelligent chatbots, and AI agents.
• Build LLM-powered solutions using prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and automation using Claude, OpenAI, and relevant AI frameworks.
• Design AI application architecture with a focus on security, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Test, deploy, monitor, and improve AI applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation.

Key Requirements What You Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience in developing AI applications using LLMs such as Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Practical experience developing enterprise chatbots or AI assistants using RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Good understanding of AI solution architecture, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI application design.
• Experience integrating AI applications with multiple databases, external APIs, or enterprise systems.
• Ability to develop, troubleshoot, and deploy working AI solutions, beyond using AI tools or writing prompts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
