Job Title: Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to oversee the online presence and visual identity for our fitness gym clients.

This role is a dual-responsibility position, requiring you to be both the strategic social media manager and the in-house content creator.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution from designing high-quality graphics to developing calendars, handling daily publishing, and scheduling photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

• Design high-quality, engaging graphics, visuals, and marketing collateral tailored for fitness brands.
• Develop aesthetic assets for daily posts, stories, reels, and promotional campaigns.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and execute end-to-end social media operations across relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for our gym clients.
• Handle daily posting, story updates, reposting, and community interaction.

Strategy & Content Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media calendars and content schedules.
• Plan, organize, and execute on-site photoshoots and video shoots to capture fresh, authentic material.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both graphic design and social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skill sets.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan shoots and manage calendars autonomously.
• Strong understanding of fitness and lifestyle trends.
