• Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and optimal timing.
• Create visually appealing graphics and media content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and competitor activities.
• Assist in planning and executing Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote books and author events effectively.
• Track and analyze social media metrics using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics platforms to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, managing media contacts, and maintaining relationships with influencers and book reviewers.
• Contribute to content writing for blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that align with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team on e-commerce initiatives by updating product listings and optimizing online storefronts for search engines (SEO).
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics purposes.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Ability to create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for diverse social media platforms.
• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.
