Creative strategist

About the role
We’re a growing online women’s fashion brand looking for a creative person to own our ad content, from the idea to the finished video. This is a hands-on role: part strategist, part creator. You’ll work directly with the founder, in person 1–2 days a week and remote the rest.

What you’ll do

• Plan new ad concepts every week: hooks, angles, scripts and on-screen text.
• Film and edit short-form video ads and product photos, often with UGC creators and local models.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, AI image and video tools) to research, write scripts, edit faster and create more variations.
• Manage creator partnerships: write briefs, send product, and review content.
• Get 10–15 new ads ready to test each week.
• Track what’s working, and use it to make the next batch better.

What we’re looking for

• Coachable and eager to learn. We’ll train you on how we create, test and measure ads, and we want someone who takes feedback and gets better every week.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, or AI image and video tools. You use them in your work, not just for fun.
• Experience making short-form video for brands, TikTok or Instagram Reels. Please send examples.
• Comfortable filming and editing on your phone or in CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• A strong sense for what makes people stop scrolling and watch.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Nice to have: experience with Facebook or TikTok ads, UGC, or fashion content.

You don’t need to be an ads expert. We’ll teach you.
