🎯 The Role

Move beyond standard template site building. As a Senior Webflow & Frontend Integration Engineer, you will bridge visual low-code development with advanced client-side engineering augmenting Webflow through custom JavaScript/TypeScript, RevOps integrations, and tailored APIs to deliver high-performing web applications.

⚙️ What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Architect and build scalable, production-ready Webflow implementations utilizing Client-First and Relume frameworks.
• Inject custom JavaScript/TypeScript code to extend native capabilities with dynamic state logic and interactive components.
• Integrate RevOps tooling, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation platforms (Make, Zapier), and REST/GraphQL APIs into active workflows.
• Implement advanced web animations (GSAP, WebGL) and responsive layouts while optimizing Core Web Vitals and load speeds.
• Enforce clean code architectures, WCAG accessibility standards, cross-browser performance, and technical SEO best practices.
• Partner with UI/UX teams during Figma hand-offs to ensure pixel-perfect fidelity and smooth engineering execution.

🔍 What we are looking for:Must-haves (Required):

• Experience: 6 to 8+ years in web development, specializing in advanced Webflow customization and frontend engineering.
• Technical Stack & Tools: Webflow, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, Client-First CSS, REST APIs, HubSpot/CRM integrations, Zapier/Make, Git.
• Key Skills: Custom Webflow scripting, RevOps API connectivity, Core Web Vitals optimization, responsive layout execution.
• Portfolio: Portfolio featuring live links to complex, custom-coded Webflow builds.
• Language: Fluent English proficiency with strong technical communication skills.

Nice-to-haves (Pluses):

• Experience with advanced animation libraries (GSAP, Three.js, Lottie).
• Familiarity with Headless CMS, Jamstack architectures, or Wized integrations.
• Prior agency experience delivering fast-paced, concurrent client solutions.
