Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the global recruitment strategy across multiple international locations
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, corporate, operational and hospitality positions
• Partner closely with senior executives, regional leaders and General Managers to anticipate recruitment needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
• Identify and attract exceptional talent across luxury restaurants, fine dining, hotels and premium hospitality environments
• Build and maintain an international network of high calibre hospitality professionals
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for critical positions
• Drive recruitment standards, ensuring a consistent, discreet and premium candidate experience across all markets
• Support international expansion, new openings and strategic workforce planning
• Strengthen employer branding and position the organisation as an employer of choice within the global luxury hospitality sector
• Monitor recruitment performance, market intelligence and talent acquisition trends

Experience:

• Significant recruitment experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, five-star hotels or international lifestyle brands
• A proven track record of managing recruitment across multiple international markets
• Strong experience recruiting senior hospitality executives, General Managers, Executive Chefs and operational leadership teams
• An established international network within the luxury hospitality industry
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence working directly with senior executives
• A proactive, hands on approach combined with the ability to develop long-term recruitment strategies
• Outstanding communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
• A high level of discretion, professionalism and cultural awareness
