£75,000 salary- tronc & bonus attached

Are you an ambitious, commercially driven General Manager with experience running high-volume bars, restaurants and events?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality group as Senior General Manager, leading a vibrant, high-energy venue in Central East London, with the second site in the group planned to open in 2027. The business is looking for a strong operator who can take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead a large team and deliver an outstanding guest experience across food, drink, events and late-night trading.

We’re looking for someone with personality, presence and a genuine passion for hospitality, a leader who thrives in a busy environment, understands the numbers and knows how to create a venue people want to return to.

£75,000 salary/tronc plus bonus

The ideal Senior General Manager:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume bar, restaurant or events-led venue
• Strong commercial understanding, including P&L management, labour costs and driving revenue
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced hospitality environments
• Confident managing busy service periods, events and multiple revenue streams
• Strong knowledge of food, drinks and delivering memorable guest experiences
• A hands-on, energetic leader who can motivate teams and maintain high standards
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to grow with the business
