Social Media Community Assistant

Main purpose of the position:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Community Assistant to join our team and support our social media efforts across all platforms. This role involves engaging with our audience through comments and DMs, providing support on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Stories, and helping foster a positive and active online community. You’ll also assist with content sourcing, admin tasks, data tracking and identifying trends or feedback from our audience to help inform strategy. Ideal candidates are organized, communicative and passionate about creating meaningful digital interactions.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

● Work with Senior Manager, Social Media Strategy and Senior Social Media Specialist to develop and execute a social media community outreach strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand values

● Identify and report any positive/negative sentiment or content arising about brand across social media platforms

● Respond to all non-customer-service related comments and direct messages across all channels

● Support Social Media team with Instagram stories, including curation, links and publishing

● Support Social Media team with republishing content to TikTok and YouTube

● Support REVOLVE, FWRD, Beauty, Mens, and Owned Brand Channels with UGC sourcing on a regular basis

● Track UTM links from all channels stories on internal tracker for our internal analyst

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

● Expertise in TikTok is a must

● Passion for fashion, beauty and pop culture

● Strong eye for identifying trends and quality content sourcing

● Excellent copywriting skills

● Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment

● Strong collaborator, communicator and team-player

Minimum candidate qualifications:

● 1+ years of social media experience

● Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube

● Strong knowledge of REVOLVE, REVOLVE Beauty & FWRD

● Proficiency in project management and social tools a plus (Airtable, Dash Hudson, Asana, etc.)

● Bachelors degree a plus
