The leader champions governance and adoption best practices into day-to-day council activity. By keeping the Council rigorously organized, well-informed, and accountable for value realization, this role enables PGS to move forward AI initiatives to trusted business impact and value realization.

Lead and facilitate all AI Council operations, including planning and running monthly Council meetings, building agendas, coordinating presenters, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through on action items, as well as recurring individual meetings with each Council member.

-
Drive and hold Council members accountable for value realization, establishing clear success metrics, tracking benefit delivery against the AI roadmap, and escalating risks or stalled initiatives to leadership.
-
Maintain the AI Council roadmap and reporting cadence, synthesizing pillar-level progress into concise, leadership-ready updates and dashboards.
-
Build and continuously improve the operating rhythm, templates, and governance artifacts that make the Council efficient, transparent, and easy to engage with for new and existing members.
