🎯 The Role

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, transforming complex product requirements into visually engaging, user-centered digital experiences. Act as a Figma powerhouse—building component-driven Design Systems, establishing seamless developer hand-offs, and ensuring pixel-perfect execution on Webflow.

  • Architect, scale, and maintain multi-brand Design Systems in Figma using Auto Layout, Variables, Component Properties, and Design Tokens.
  • Execute frictionless developer hand-offs using Figma Dev Mode, tokenization, interaction specs, and responsive breakpoints for Webflow engineers.
  • Conduct UX audits, usability studies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis to guide data-driven product decisions.
  • Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to align design deliverables with commercial objectives.
  • Elevate design quality standards while mentoring team members and driving continuous design operations improvements.

🔍 What we are looking for:Must-haves (Required):

  • Experience: 6 to 8+ years of dedicated professional experience designing digital products, web applications, and enterprise software.
  • Technical Stack & Tools: Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Component Libraries, Design Tokens, Dev Mode), User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, CRO.
  • Key Skills: Design System architecture, responsive layout execution, developer hand-off workflows, user-centered design methodologies.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX research, systemized Figma component architecture, and responsive designs.
  • Language: Fluent English proficiency with exceptional technical and storytelling communication skills.

Nice-to-haves (Pluses):

  • Understanding of Webflow mechanics, HTML/CSS box models, and technical frontend constraints.
  • Prior agency experience operating within rapid design and development sprint cycles.
  • Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions (Rive, Lottie, Principle).

🎁 What we offer:

  • A highly collaborative, innovation-driven, and remote-first global culture.
  • Continuous professional growth and career development pathways.
  • 100% remote flexibility anywhere in LATAM aligned with US working hours.
