About CNM

The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is a leading UK-based provider of natural health and wellness education, offering training in nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture and other natural health disciplines.

As we continue to expand internationally, we are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth across Russia and the wider CIS region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who can identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships and, importantly, generate sales and deliver measurable growth in student enrolments.

Professional fluency in both English and Russian is essential, as the role involves working closely with CNM’s UK-based team while developing business opportunities and student enrolments across Russian-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and commercial relationships across Russia and the CIS.
• Sales & Enrolments: Actively generate new enquiries, conduct sales consultations and convert prospective students into enrolments.
• Partnerships & Networking: Build strong relationships with educational organisations, wellness professionals, influencers and relevant industry networks.
• Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement targeted local initiatives to increase CNM’s visibility, generate qualified leads and drive student enrolments.
• Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, channels and partnerships to strengthen CNM’s presence across the region.
• Commercial Performance: Take ownership of agreed sales and business growth objectives, monitor performance and proactively implement improvements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven and confident in developing business opportunities from initial contact through to successful outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Russian, written and spoken, to a professional business standard.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, develop sales opportunities and achieve commercial results.
• Confident in conducting sales consultations, handling objections and converting prospective students into enrolments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the Russian market and wider CIS region.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.

Desirable

• Established business or professional networks in Russia or the CIS.
• Experience in education, training, health or wellness.
• Experience developing new markets or launching business initiatives.
• A genuine interest in natural health and education.
