Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand identity and visual storytelling across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive visual concepts aligned with brand strategy, including logo design, branding elements, and marketing collateral
• Lead art direction for campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital media, print advertising, and promotional materials
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, video editing tools, and animation software to enhance storytelling
• Design layouts for websites, user interfaces (UI), and digital platforms utilizing tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution, managing color accuracy, prepress processes, and print production workflows
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling visual content that supports marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, adhering to deadlines and project specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, print design, motion graphics, and branding projects
• Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of typography design for media, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for web design integration; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is a plus
• Experience with photo editing, photo manipulation, professional art or design production techniques including sign manufacturing or large-format printing
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients or internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital art creation for social media campaigns as well as traditional print advertising methods
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively

Pay: $57,500.00 - $69,400.00 per year
