We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a fully remote , high‑performing engineering team. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust server‑side applications that power critical business services . You will collaborate closely with product owners, front‑end engineers, and DevOps specialists to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions on schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Java and Node.js. Implement RESTful APIs and micro‑service architectures with Spring Boot.
• Manage data storage, retrieval, and indexing in MongoDB. Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives).
• Write clean, testable code and maintain comprehensive unit/integration test suites. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery timelines. Ensure security, performance, and reliability standards are met for all production services.

✅ Job Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a backend developer. Strong proficiency in Java and Node.js, with hands‑on experience in Spring Boot. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and maintain services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Solid experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB. Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2) to communicate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

💡 Preferred Skills

• Containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mocha, Jest) and test‑driven development.
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OWASP)
