Role We are looking for a Sr. Software Development Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Engineering in the Identity & Access Management department. You will help manage digital risk by applying security through identity integration and controls. In this role, you will build workflows and application integrations as coordinated with the larger IAM team, Product Management, and Business teams.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• 3+ years of software development experience in large-scale commercial networking applications with a degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Deep proficiency in enterprise Java, object-oriented programming (OOP/OOA), systems architecture, RESTful APIs, and frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring alongside CI/CD tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Postgres
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, and TCP/IP

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience implementing AI-driven anomaly detection, identity analytics, or automated policy generation within enterprise access management platforms
