Responsibilities

Educate clients and present financial strategies based on their goals

Conduct financial needs analyses to identify client goals and objectives

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Attend ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities

Follow all applicable licensing and compliance requirements

About the Opportunity

Must be at least 18 years old

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Coachable and willing to learn

Ability to work independently

Willingness to obtain required state insurance licensing (training and support provided)

Compensation DisclosureThis is an independent contractor, commission-based position. Earnings are based on individual production, performance, and time commitment. Compensation is not guaranteed, and actual income will vary.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
