Customer Service Representative

Pfisterer North America is the US subsidiary of a 100-year-old family-owned company based in Germany that is a global leader in electrical connection technology and high voltage insulation. We are introducing several new product lines to North America as part of our global expansion, and are seeking several additions to our veteran team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Is the central commercial and technical liaison for major commercial and industrial customers. The customers include both internal, external, and contracted representation. Problem solves issues on the customer’s behalf. Conducts professional and technical communications. Is a customer’s primary point of contact; ensures customer requirements are addressed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify customer designated special characteristics, order requirements, quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventative actions.

2. Build relationships with key decision makers. Act as liaison and single point of contact with major commercial and industrial customers.

3. Coordinate quality and reliable response, evaluation, and solutions.

4. Resolve order, product and or applications problems

5. Communicate Order status and updates as necessary from / to customer or customer representation

6. Assist sales staff to assess potential application of Company product to meet customer needs.

7. Check and confirm contract specifications prior to order acceptance.

8. Respond to all sales staff and customer requests for technical assistance and information.

9. Conducts seminars, presentations, and meetings with key customers

10.Perform other related duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, marketing, economics, business or related quantitative disciplines.

1. 5 years of customer service experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
