We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about software development, eager to explore emerging AI technologies, and comfortable using AI coding assistants to accelerate development and deliver high-quality applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote Full Stack Engineer role focused on developing, maintaining, and improving modern web applications and AI-powered software solutions.

You will work across frontend and backend development, API integrations, databases, cloud deployment, and AI application development. The role involves using modern AI coding agents and developer tools to accelerate implementation, troubleshoot issues, improve code quality, and build scalable solutions.

You will also have opportunities to work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM integrations, AI agents, and agentic AI workflows, depending on project requirements.

The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver who can independently build features, understand AI-generated code, debug technical issues, and turn business requirements into working software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and robust backend services, APIs, and database integrations.
• Use AI coding agents and development assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools, to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code, ensuring correctness, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Develop AI-powered application features using LLM APIs and frameworks.
• Explore and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document processing, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based responses.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows that can use tools, execute multi-step tasks, interact with APIs, and automate business processes.
• Integrate third-party services, authentication systems, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate remotely with team members to understand requirements, communicate progress, and deliver project milestones.
• Maintain technical documentation and continuously learn new development tools, frameworks, and AI technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Full Stack Development

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript and modern web development.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar server-side technologies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, debugging, testing, and software development best practices.

AI-Assisted Software Development

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants or coding agents such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to write effective prompts and provide context, requirements, and constraints to AI coding agents.
• Ability to review, test, debug, and refactor AI-generated code rather than relying on generated output without validation.
• Understanding of how to use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
