Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Digital Innovations is looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in developing responsive web applications, REST APIs, and database-driven solutions using modern JavaScript technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Manage databases, data models, and backend logic.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and security.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Practical experience with MongoDB and REST APIs.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and Git/GitHub.
• Familiarity with authentication, API integration, and debugging.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000, based on skills and experience.
