• Prepare clear routine messages that confirm receipt, request missing details, or share approved status information with staff members.

• Maintain current contact lists and shared reference information by comparing entries with information provided by authorized internal contacts.

• Follow up on requests that remain incomplete or need clarification, using the assigned communication channel and noting each contact attempt.

• Escalate unclear, urgent, or nonroutine requests to the administrative team lead with a concise summary of the issue and relevant details.

• Check completed tasks against instructions before closing them, with quality judged by accuracy, turnaround, complete notes, and appropriate follow-up.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• No experience required; related clerical or office support experience preferred.

• Familiarity with routine administrative workflows, shared request queues, meeting details, and status tracking preferred.

• Ability to learn a project management system such as Wrike, a scheduling and calendar system such as Microsoft Bookings, and a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as LibreOffice Calc.

• Ability to review written details carefully, follow step-by-step instructions, and keep information organized across several routine tasks.

• Clear written and verbal communication for asking focused questions and providing concise status updates to internal contacts.

• Comfortable entering information consistently, comparing entries, and identifying missing or conflicting request details.

• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet private workspace, with availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Perks & Benefits:
