The Production Assistant will support the Executive Producer and wider team across production administration, shoot logistics, travel coordination, research, office organisation and day-to-day production needs.
Role Overview
The Production Assistant will play an important role in helping the team deliver smooth, well-organised productions across stills, motion, branded content, events and commercial projects.
The role will involve supporting multiple projects at once, preparing and distributing production documents, booking travel and logistics, helping with shoot preparation, maintaining production kit and stock, supporting on shoot days, and keeping paperwork, receipts and deliverables organised.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in production, office, creative agency or shoot support who is highly organised, practical, personable and eager to build a career in production.
