Job Description
· Manual Testing Mastery: Expert-level understanding of manual testing methodologies, QA principles, and SDLC/STLC processes.
· Database Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL. You must be comfortable writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations) across relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) to validate backend logic.
· Automation: Practical experience (or strong theoretical knowledge combined with basic scripting skills) in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) and programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
· LLM Proficiency: Demonstrable experience using Large Language Models to improve personal or team productivity (prompt engineering for test generation, code review assistance, etc.).
· API Testing: Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
· Tools: Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
- · Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
