Sr Content Writer

Job Summary

We are looking for a content writer who can write for software buyers, not a generic blogger. You will create content that speaks to our ideal customer profiles (CTOs, CIOs, product heads, and founders) and helps move them from awareness to enquiry. Experience writing for the healthcare domain is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Write blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, service pages, landing pages, and email copy for our software and IT services offerings
• Understand our ICPs, their pain points, and buying journey, and write content tailored to each segment
• Research industry topics (healthcare, Fintech, cloud, AI, mobile and web development, DevOps, digital transformation) and turn technical inputs into clear, persuasive content
• Create SEO-optimised content with keyword research, on-page optimisation, and proper structure
• Work with developers, solution architects, and the sales team to collect technical inputs and client success stories
• Edit and proofread content for quality, accuracy, and brand tone
• Track content performance (traffic, rankings, leads) and improve based on data
• Keep up with trends in the software industry and in healthcare technology

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of content writing experience in an IT company, software company, or IT services industry
• Proven experience writing B2B content such as whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership articles
• Prior experience writing on healthcare or health-tech topics (EHR/EMR, telemedicine, HIPAA, digital health)
• Strong English writing, editing, and research skills
• Working knowledge of SEO and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Surfer
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply
• Portfolio or live links to published B2B or technical work (mandatory)
• Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field

Good to Have

• Experience writing for other verticals such as fintech, logistics, retail, or edtech
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and content calendars
• Familiarity with AI writing tools used responsibly, with strong human editing
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media content for B2B
