Technical Lead with .NET with Python Exp

Duties

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems utilizing.NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, WCF, and Web services.
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration across distributed systems, ensuring scalability and high performance.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to implement UI components using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for engaging web applications.
• Architect system solutions with UML diagrams, system design principles, and best practices for application development.
• Drive Agile software development processes such as Scrum or TFS-based SDLC to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Implement unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to uphold code quality standards across projects.
• Mentor team members on software engineering best practices including version control (GitHub, SVN), CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Oversee database design and management using relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL options like MongoDB.
• Ensure system security through effective API management, RESTful API design, SOAP web services, and adherence to security protocols.
• Participate in system troubleshooting and performance tuning for multithreaded applications and distributed computing environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or senior developer with extensive hands-on work in.NET framework (.NET Core/.NET 5/6), C#, and Python programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC/Web API development along with front-end development skills using React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications in cloud infrastructure environments.
• Deep understanding of system design principles including UML modeling, microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Proficiency in version control tools like GitHub or SVN along with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TFS for automated deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban to facilitate collaborative project execution.
• Ability to develop scalable backend systems with expertise in application design, web services (SOAP/REST), WCF, and application security best practices.
• Strong debugging skills combined with experience in unit testing frameworks to ensure robust software delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly across teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $117,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
