Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative fashion concepts, sketches, and garment designs aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Analyze garment construction, fabric selection, stitching, finishing, and design details to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead the team in evaluating clothing samples, identifying design defects, and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, suppliers, production teams, and merchandisers to support product development.
• Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences, materials, and competitor collections to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee sample reviews, technical specifications, and quality standards to ensure designs meet production requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in fashion design, garment analysis, apparel development, or clothing quality control.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, pattern development, and finishing techniques.
• Proficiency in fashion design software such as Adobe Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing design teams, conducting garment inspections, or overseeing apparel production is an advantage.
