You will work closely with our technical and marketing teams to produce articles, blogs, guides, and other written materials that communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and update technical articles, blog posts, user guides, and FAQS.

Research and gather accurate information from technical teams.

Present technical details clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Edit and proofread content to maintain quality and consistency.

Assist in improving existing content based on feedback and analytics.

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, engaging language.

Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus but not required.
