Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Architect to support a strategic modernization initiative within our Human Resources organization. In this role, you will lead the design, build, and implementation of advanced systems and tools on the Salesforce platform. You will serve as a seasoned technologist, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready architectures that elevate the customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce & AI Integration: Build and deploy autonomous AI agents leveraging the Salesforce Agentforce trust layer, prompt templates, and custom flows.

Salesforce Data Cloud: Unify customer data profiles and connect enterprise data silos to power intelligent AI decision-making.

AWS Telephony Integration: Architect seamless integrations between Amazon Connect / AWS telephony ecosystems and Salesforce Service Cloud to bridge voice and digital channels.

Core Platform & Service Cloud Development: Design robust solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, utilizing Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, Flow Automations, and SOQL/SOSL.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, business analysts, stakeholders, and external vendors to document requirements, map technical paths for change, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Architect.

Deep Expertise in Modern Salesforce Capabilities: Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Advanced Development Skills: Mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Automations (record-triggered and auto-launched), SOQL, SOSL, and APIs (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture).

Telephony & Integration Experience: Proven background integrating AWS telephony / Amazon Connect and handling enterprise integrations (MuleSoft experience is a strong plus).

Architecture & Governance: Strong understanding of secure software development principles, object-oriented design, and enterprise architecture patterns.

Communication & Organization: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical leadership.

Certifications: Salesforce and Agentforce Certifications are strongly preferred.
