About The Role The Senior Web Designer at Etna Interactive plays a vital role in shaping the digital presence of our clients through visually compelling and user-friendly website designs. This remote position requires a creative yet detail-oriented professional who can translate complex concepts into seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Creative Department and clients to develop innovative design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, adhering to UI/UX best practices. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect designs across desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and optimal user engagement. Your ability to balance creativity with technical expertise will be essential in delivering projects that meet client expectations and industry standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the digital strategies of diverse healthcare clients, many of whom are medical professionals, requiring adaptability and a quick learning curve to understand industry-specific nuances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in web design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience with responsive design for desktop and mobile devices
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is preferred
