You Are An AI Solutions & Innovation Lead – UST Intelligent Automation working from the United States (preferably California ) who will co-drive the design, incubation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions using UST’s Intelligent Automation Platform and offerings, with a strong emphasis on UST’s Agentic platform. This role blends hands-on innovation, customer engagement, and solution leadership, focusing on rapid prototyping, co-innovation with clients, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

The Opportunity

• Lead development of AI/ML and GenAI-driven solutions aligned to USTs Intelligent Automation platforms
• Drive rapid PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs to validate business use cases
• Convert innovative ideas into scalable, production-ready offerings
• Position UST Agentic Platform as the core AI co-pilot within our solutions
• Build reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and solution templates
• Integrate AI capabilities across business workflows to drive autonomy
• Lead AI-driven transformation discussions with customers
• Conduct co-innovation workshops, design thinking sessions, and pilot programs
• Partner with clients to identify high-impact automation and AI opportunities
• Translate technical solutions into clear business value (ROI, efficiency, CX impact)
• Develop executive presentations, demos, and case studies
• Support sales teams in solution positioning and deal conversion
• Build and lead innovation pods (interns + early talent + SMEs)
• Drive hands-on experimentation culture with quick turnaround cycles
• Establish academic and ecosystem partnerships for continuous innovation

What You Need

• At least 10 years in AI/ML, Data Science, Intelligent Automation, or related domains
• Experience in solutioning and customer-facing innovation roles
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation platforms
• Proven ability to build PoCs and scale solutions
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote- USA (California, preferable)

Compensation Range: $180,000 to $270,000

Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
