QHSE Manager - Facilities Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager to support a UK-wide Facilities Management and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) business. You will provide health, safety, environmental and quality guidance across multiple sites, helping ensure statutory compliance, maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.

Salary: £60,000

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide QHSE support and guidance to contract managers, site teams and mobile engineers.
• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
• Carry out site inspections, internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Investigate accidents, manage incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Develop and review risk assessments, policies and QHSE documentation.
• Deliver QHSE inductions, training and awareness sessions.
• Support contract mobilisation, external audits and accreditation submissions.
• Monitor compliance performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the QHSE Director to promote best practice across the business.

Requirements

• Experience in a QHSE role within Facilities Management, Building Services or an M&E environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience carrying out audits, site inspections, accident investigations and risk assessments.
• Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with multiple sites, contract teams and stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.
