General Manager – Premium Gastro Pub - Central London - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with one of London’s most respected premium gastro pub groups to find an outstanding General Manager for a high-performing, well-established Central London site. This operator is known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and commercially sharp, people-first leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven GM to take ownership of a flagship site and continue driving its success.

The Role:

As General Manager, you’ll lead a busy, premium London pub with a strong reputation and loyal guest base. You’ll oversee a large, experienced team, maintain exceptional standards, and deliver the commercial performance expected of a top-tier operator.

You’ll be a confident, polished leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build a stable, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership, driving revenue, margin, and site-level EBITDA
• Leading, coaching, and developing a strong management and front-of-house team
• Maintaining exceptional service standards across bar, floor, and kitchen
• Delivering consistent, premium guest experiences every day
• Driving local marketing, events, and community engagement
• Ensuring labour, stock, and operational controls are tight, efficient, and commercially sound

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven General Manager from a premium pub, gastro, or high-end restaurant background
• Strong commercial instincts — someone who understands the numbers and knows how to move them
• A natural leader who inspires confidence and builds high-performing teams
• A calm, organised operator who thrives under pressure
• A guest-focused mindset with a passion for quality food and drink
• Experience managing large teams and high-volume sites in Central London

Pay: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
