- Compliance & Licensing: Monitor and arrange renewals of gas safety certificates, EPCs, EICRs and relevant property licences, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Property Inspections: Conduct routine inspections twice a year, prepare detailed reports within 48 hours and coordinate any necessary follow-up works.
- Tenancy Management: Manage tenancy commencements and check-outs, liaise with tenants and landlords, and oversee deposit returns and deductions.
- Financial Administration: Coordinate utility accounts, council tax matters, service charges, ground rent and authorised landlord payments.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, utility providers and block management companies.
- Administration: Maintain comprehensive property records, update internal systems and work collaboratively with Lettings and other departments.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Confident communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Experience using Reapit and Fixflo would be advantageous.
- An ARLA Propertymark qualification, or a willingness to work towards one, would be beneficial.
