- Job Title : Sr Analyst 2. Job Summary : Consultant - BI&A Responsibilities *Interact directly with client stakeholders work with Senior Consultant or BI Lead to gather requirements and present insights *Connect transform and model data from sources including: *SQL Server Azure SQL Fabric and cloud data platforms *Excel SharePoint and third-party systems *Create well performing star schema data models for use with Power BI including proper calculated columns and measures *Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboar 3. Responsibilities : Consultant - BI&A Responsibilities *Interact directly with client stakeholders work with Senior Consultant or BI Lead to gather requirements and present insights *Connect transform and model data from sources including: *SQL Server Azure SQL Fabric and cloud data platforms *Excel SharePoint and third-party systems *Create well performing star schema data models for use with Power BI including proper calculated columns and measures *Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reports create appropriate data elements using DAX and source queries *Apply data visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques *Ensure data accuracy security and governance standards are met Qualifications *Bachelors degree in computer engineering data science or a related field or equivalent work experience *At least 4 years working with data and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft tool stack for Business Intelligence (SSRS Power BI or PowerPivot (Excel) or PerformancePoint) or other vendor Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects MicroStrategy Qlik SAP) *Working knowledge of TSQL data modeling reporting using Power BI or other Microsoft tools *Experience creating complete Power BI report solutions based on business questions with linked content drilldowns and nested parameters *Dynamic measure designs using advanced DAX techniques *Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and performance tuning *Strong communication presentation and problem-solving skills Professional Skills: *Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment *Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills for both technical and nontechnical teams *Passionate about learning new technologies *Analytical approach to problem-solving ability to use technology to solve business problems *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Preferred Experience: *Power BI tenant and workspace management to support development testing and deployment *Exposure to data warehousing ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics architecture *Experience in the identification of data quality *Experience deploying Power BI solutions to the Power BI Report Server (on-premises) *Familiarity with Agile delivery and consulting engagement models *Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power BI Data Analyst Azure Data Fundamentals) 9.
