Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team with experience with the Montessori Curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of young learners. You will be responsible for fostering a positive learning atmosphere, encouraging curiosity, and supporting the individual needs of each child.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Previous experience working as Deputy Manager.
- Leadership qualities are advantageous for managing activities and guiding less experienced staff members.
- Familiarity with nursery settings and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously will be beneficial.
