Remote Website Developer & Manager

AYCE Capital acquires and grows Managed Service Providers across Canada and the United States. We’re hiring a hands-on web designer/developer to lead the rebuild of our existing 15 company websites and manage their ongoing improvement. As well as the websites of future acquisitions.

You’ll create polished, effective websites that preserve each company’s brand while introducing consistent standards for design, performance and maintenance.

What you’ll do

• Design, build and launch responsive WordPress websites, from initial layouts through testing and deployment.
• Develop reusable templates and components to accelerate rebuilds and future acquisitions.
• Work with company CEOs to present their services clearly and create effective enquiry pages and forms.
• Preserve valuable content and search visibility during rebuilds, including redirects and tracking.
• Manage hosting, domains, updates, security, backups and ongoing improvements.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience designing and rebuilding commercial websites, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Strong WordPress skills; Divi experience strongly preferred .
• Practical HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills, with enough PHP knowledge to customize and troubleshoot WordPress.
• Experience delivering mobile-friendly, accessible websites with strong performance and reliable forms.
• Ability to manage several websites, communicate clearly with nontechnical colleagues and take projects through to completion.
• Experience in an agency or managing multiple brands is particularly relevant. B2B or professional-services experience is an asset.
