AI Video Content Specialist (Entry-Level / Junior)

About the Role

We are looking for two enthusiastic, entry-level professionals in India to join our agency. You will be responsible for creating AI-generated videos and editing finished content for both our agency and our clients.

You do not need prior official AI-video job titles to apply! If you have a creative eye, a computer-savvy mindset, and a strong willingness to learn new tools, we want to train and grow with you. Familiarity with our tech stack is a major plus, but a strong aptitude and eagerness to learn are far more important.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and produce AI-driven videos and presenter clips.
• Edit, polish, and format finished video content for various social media platforms.
• Add engaging captions, clean audio, and smooth transitions.
• Follow creative directions accurately and work closely with provided scripts.
• Experiment with AI prompting and master new software tools as they emerge.

Software & Tools You Will Use (Experience or Willingness to Learn)

• HeyGen: AI avatar and presenter videos
• ElevenLabs: AI voiceovers
• Kling AI: AI video generation
• Seedance 2.5 (or available Seedance tools): AI video generation
• Basic Video Editors: CapCut, Canva, or similar software

What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Background)

Skills:

• A strong creative eye for visuals, layouts, and storytelling.
• Competence in basic editing, adding captions, audio syncing, transitions, and optimizing for social video formats.
• Ability to follow creative directions and interpret scripts effectively.
• Comfort with computers and an eagerness to learn AI prompts and modern software.
• Basic English reading and comprehension skills.

Ideal Backgrounds / Studies:

• Graphic Design, General Design, or Visual Design
• Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
• Content Creation or Video Editing
• Multimedia or Media Production
• Marketing or Communications Assistant experience
• Creative or computer-savvy entry-level candidates looking to break into the AI space.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
