Skill-It Education is looking for a passionate, hands-on Python Full Stack Trainer who can take students from writing their first line of Python to building and deploying AI-powered web applications.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions on Python Full Stack Development and Generative AI

• Teach the complete stack: Python, front end, back end, databases, APIs and deployment

• Train students to build GenAI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and AI agents

• Guide students through real-world capstone projects, from idea to deployed application

• Design and update the curriculum, assignments, quizzes and project briefs to match industry trends

• Run code reviews, doubt-clearing sessions and mock technical interviews

• Track student progress and help prepare them for placement

🛠️ What You’ll Teach

Python Core & Advanced

• Python fundamentals, OOP, data structures, file handling, exceptions

• Modules, virtual environments, decorators, generators and testing (pytest)

Front End

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap / Tailwind

• React.js – components, hooks, state management, API integration

Back End

• Django & Django REST Framework / Flask / FastAPI

• REST API design, authentication (JWT), ORM

Databases

• MySQL / PostgreSQL, MongoDB

• Data modeling and query optimization

Generative AI

• LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering

• Working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) and open-source models (Hugging Face)

• LangChain / LlamaIndex, embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone)

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and tool calling

• Building AI chatbots, document Q&A apps and AI-powered features in web apps

DevOps & Tools

• Git & GitHub, Docker basics

• Deploying to AWS / Render / Vercel, CI/CD basics

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python Full Stack development and/or technical training

• Practical experience building GenAI / LLM-based applications (please share projects or a GitHub link)

• Training, mentoring or teaching experience preferred (corporate, college or institute)

• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear language

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English; Telugu/Hindi a plus)

• Willing to work on-site at our Hyderabad centre

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript or Node.js

• Knowledge of ML basics (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)

• Experience in cloud deployment or MLOps

• Published content: YouTube, blogs, GitHub repos, or Kaggle work
