Position Summary

The AI Agent Product Owner / Prototyping Lead – Content Management will lead the creation of AI-powered agents that streamline content lifecycle management, discovery, governance, organization, and operational workflows across the Content Supply Chain.

This role requires a product-minded leader who can rapidly prototype, validate concepts, and drive adoption while maintaining hands-on involvement in solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for AI agents supporting Content Management operations.

• Evaluate current-state content management processes and identify optimization opportunities.

• Design and prototype AI agents that support:

o Content intake and classification

o Metadata generation and enrichment

o Taxonomy management

o Content tagging and organization

o Asset discovery and search optimization

o Content lifecycle governance

o Content archival and retention workflows

• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and define outcomes.

• Create proof-of-concepts and rapidly iterate based on user feedback.

• Manage roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and delivery planning.

• Define operational KPIs and measurement frameworks.

• Support scaling prototypes into production-ready capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Content Operations, Digital Platforms, or Enterprise Technology.

• 3+ years of experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), metadata frameworks, and content operations.

• Experience managing enterprise-scale content processes.

• Demonstrated hands-on prototyping and solution development experience.

• Ability to work independently in a transformation environment.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI Agents, Generative AI, NLP, and intelligent search technologies.

• Familiarity with CMS, DAM, PIM, or knowledge management platforms.

• Experieacnce with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Vector Databases, or similar AI ecosystems.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise content programs.

• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Success Measures (First 90 Days)

• Deliver production-ready prototype(s) supporting content management workflows.

• Improve content discoverability and operational efficiency.

• Establish governance and measurement framework for AI-assisted content management.

• Define scalable roadmap aligned with Content Supply Chain transformation goals.”
