Your Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Human-AI Interaction Designers who can create intuitive, trustworthy, and user-centered experiences for AI-powered products. You’ll design how people interact with AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent applications, making AI outputs easier to understand, evaluate, and use while keeping users in control.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive user experiences for AI-powered applications, assistants, chatbots, and copilots
• Map user journeys, interaction flows, and conversational experiences for AI features
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma
• Design conversational interfaces, prompt inputs, response layouts, and follow-up interactions
• Develop user experiences for AI-generated content, recommendations, and automated actions
• Design feedback mechanisms that help users correct, refine, and improve AI outputs
• Create interaction patterns for uncertainty, errors, hallucinations, and low-confidence responses
• Establish clear ways to communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and data usage
• Incorporate human oversight, approval steps, and control mechanisms into AI workflows
• Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate AI interactions
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, UX researchers, and developers
• Develop design guidelines and reusable interaction patterns for AI products

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in UI/UX design, interaction design, or product design
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Understanding of human-computer interaction, usability, and user-centered design principles
• Experience designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, copilots, or AI-powered products
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI-assisted workflows
• Understanding of prompt design, AI response behavior, and conversational UX patterns
• Ability to design for trust, transparency, explainability, and user control
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
• Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive interaction patterns
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong visual communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A portfolio showcasing relevant interaction design or AI product work is a plus
